This policy describes how Dominick Comer & Associates, Inc. (dba Keller Williams Living) ("we," "us") handles information in connection with our internal Agent Feedback SMS program.

What we collect

• Contact information for our affiliated real estate agents, sourced from our internal office roster (name and mobile number).
• Message content, including numeric ratings and optional written feedback you provide in response to our texts.
• Publicly available business information about agents on the other side of closed transactions (name, brokerage, contact information), sourced from transaction records and third-party real estate data services.

How we use it

• To send SMS requests asking our agents about their experience working with the agent on the other side of a recently closed transaction.
• To track responses internally for recruiting and business-development purposes within our brokerage.
• We do not sell, rent, or share this information with unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile numbers are never shared with third parties.

• Message frequency varies based on your closing activity.
• Msg & data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving these messages. Reply HELP for assistance.

Data retention

We retain program data for as long as reasonably necessary for internal recruiting and business records.
